The VOS Foundation Board of Trustees meeting was held on 02 December 2017. The Board went through the Foundation’s Constitution, Objects, Purpose and Mission and adopted these subject to reflecting the Objects in the Mission Statement. The Board confirmed the appointment of Kenny Popoola, Yetunde Princewill, Kara Jeffers, Charles Obazuaye, Sandra Popoola, Dawn Capello and Lanre Ogunyemi as the Trustees of VOS Foundation with effect from the said day.

Ajayi Crowther Memorial Senior Grammar School Lagos Nigeria was approved as one of the beneficiaries of the Foundation.
